Above is a portrait of Robert Moses was an urban planner. With, at times nearly unchecked power he carved through New York and was the mind behind some road ways like The Cross Bronx Expressway. Robert was not a good man. Named The Power Broker from the book of the same name written by Robert Caro. He was a racist who planned roads to keep those he deemed lesser than out of areas he didn't want. Ordering bridges be tall enough to let cars bas but not larger buses. His actions have scarred and damaged areas of the city.
